I offer online counselling for overthinking, anxiety and low self-esteem, working with clients across the UK.
You might notice patterns like overanalysing situations, replaying conversations, or feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt. These patterns can feel exhausting and difficult to shift on your own.
My approach is calm, supportive and non-judgemental. I wont rush you or push you to open up before youre ready. Instead, we go at your pace, creating space to explore whats going on and gently begin to understand the patterns underneath it.
As we work together, you may start to notice more clarity, feel less caught up in your thoughts, and develop a steadier, more grounded way of responding to things. This isnt about quick fixes, but about building a deeper understanding of yourself and creating lasting change.
I understand that starting counselling can feel like a big step, especially if youre used to managing things on your own. You dont need to have everything figured out before you begin. We can take it one step at a time.
Experience
I have over 10 years experience working with clients experiencing overthinking, anxiety and low self-esteem, both in private practice and within organisational settings.
In my work, I often support people who feel stuck in patterns such as replaying conversations, overanalysing situations, and struggling with self-doubt. These experiences can impact confidence, relationships and day-to-day wellbeing.
I have worked with a wide range of clients, each with their own individual experiences and reasons for seeking counselling. This has helped me develop a flexible, client-centred approach, adapting how I work to suit each person rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
Alongside my private practice, I have experience working within structured services, supporting clients within set session frameworks. This has strengthened my ability to work both in short-term, focused counselling and in more open-ended work, depending on what is needed.
My focus is always on creating a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore whats going on and begin to make sense of your experiences at your own pace.

BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling

Sessions take place online via secure video call, allowing you to access counselling from the comfort of your own space.
I offer both short-term and open-ended counselling, depending on what feels right for you.

Initial Consultation
If it feels helpful, I offer a free introductory phone consultation where we can have a brief chat and you can ask any questions. Theres no pressure to commit, and youre also welcome to book a session directly if you prefer.
Fees
Sessions are £55 and last 50 minutes.
Payment is made via bank transfer prior to each session.
